Friday Night at the Louisville Bats
Join us Friday evening for a fun night at Louisville Slugger Field as the Louisville Bats take on the Iowa Cubs!
KPhA Annual Meeting attendees are invited to enjoy the game from the Penn Station Pavilion Picnic, which includes a 2-hour all-you-can-eat buffet featuring ballpark favorites like hot dogs, hamburgers, mac and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, chips, cookies, Pepsi products, and water.

Know Before You Go
Walking from the hotel: Louisville Slugger Field is approximately 0.9 miles from the Hyatt Regency Louisville, about a 20-minute walk.
Parking: Public parking is available near the ballpark for a fee. Public parking lots are managed by Riverside Parking. The Slugger Field Lot opens to the general public beginning 30 minutes prior to first pitch, based on availability. For evening games, parking charges may begin earlier in the day, and the Main Street entrance should be used.

Clear Bag Policy: Louisville Slugger Field has a clear bag policy. Fans are encouraged to avoid bringing bags when possible. Permitted bags include clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”, one-gallon clear resealable bags, and small clutch bags no larger than 7” x 9”. Exceptions may be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items after inspection.
Concessions: Concessions are primarily cashless. Most stands accept credit and debit cards, with limited cash acceptance available at select locations.
Prohibited Items: Outside food and drink, weapons of any kind, firearms, chairs, wagons, noisemakers, aerosol cans, laser pointers, pyrotechnics, and other restricted items are not permitted inside Louisville Slugger Field.

President's Dinner & Awards Ceremony
During the ceremony, we will recognize this year’s KPhA award recipients, celebrate the leadership and service that continue to move our profession forward, and hear remarks from incoming KPhA President Chad Corum.
President’s Dinner tickets are $75 each and may be purchased through the Annual Meeting registration link. If you are attending the Annual Meeting, simply add your dinner ticket during registration. If you are not attending the meeting, but would like to join us for the President’s Dinner & Awards Ceremony, you may use the same link to register for the dinner only.
