KPhA's headquarters is located at 96 C Michael Davenport Blvd., Frankfort KY 40601.

Standard office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern) Monday through Friday.

The office will be closed each year on the following holidays:
 

• New Year's Day
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving (and the following Friday)
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve
