The annual 2026 KPERF Golf Scramble will be held on Sunday, June 14 at the Quail Chase Golf Course in Louisville. Sign up as an individual or as a team.
Lunch will be provided following the completion of the round.
Not a golfer? You can still join the fun and sign up as a non-golfer, caddying for your favorite team or helping to keep spirits high, serve refreshements, or just enjoy the great outdoors with your peers.
Not a pharmacy professional? No problem! Anyone can sign up for the scramble to support KPERF.
Proceeds from the golf scramble directly benefit the KPERF Incentive Grant Program, which provides funding for innovative projects that advance patient-centered pharmacy care across Kentucky.
Each year, KPERF awards grants to pharmacists, researchers, and practitioners working to improve outcomes, expand services, and strengthen the role of pharmacy in healthcare delivery.
