You asked for it, and we listened. The summer issue of The Kentucky Pharmacist has two extra hours of Continuing Education (CE) for both pharmacists and technicians. Whether it's important for your practice to "Review: Navigating the National Baby Formula Shortage" or if you need a refresher on the "Cardiovascular Benefits of Colchicine: Old and New Uses" or the much-needed Pharmacy Perspective on "COVID-19 Therapy Management," the Association has YOU and all YOUR CE needs covered.
And in case you haven't noticed how spectacular the CE has been lately, let me introduce Dr. Martika Martin, PharmD, MBA, BGCP. Dr. Martin is KPhA's new Clinical Education Director and the brains behind this operation. Please send her an email because she would love to have you as a Peer Reviewer. You are the medicine experts, and we need experts to ensure we produce the most helpful and valuable CE for our colleagues. Not to mention, volunteering as a peer reviewer offers significant value to your career. Get your name out there and lift your peers up simultaneously. We are printing the journal once again, so if you prefer the tangible feeling of science at your fingertips, let us know, and we'll put you on the mailing list. Otherwise, we have the entire issue online. Likewise, if you prefer an electronic version to read, you can still save the trees and choose to ONLY download and print the CE Questions and Answer Sheet directly from the KPhA website. It's a choose-your-own-adventure kind of experience with The Journal; we are just here as tour guides.
Happy reading!
