TwelveStone Health Partners is seeking a part-time Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join our team at our Louisville, Kentucky location. This position offers approximately 16 hours per week, with a schedule of either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.
Our pharmacy is located within our infusion clinic and operates as a closed-door pharmacy, serving specialty home infusion patients throughout Kentucky who are covered by Anthem insurance.
No sterile compounding experience is required. All medications are prepared by the nurse in the patient's home immediately prior to administration.
