KPERF Chair Clark Kebodeaux Honored as APhA-APPM Fellow

Clark Kebodeaux, PharmD, BCACP, associate professor of Pharmacy Practice and Science and Chair of the Kentucky Pharmacy Education and Research Foundation, has been named a fellow of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA)—one of the highest honors in the profession. This recognition highlights his outstanding achievements in pharmacy education, advocacy, and innovation.

"Dr. Kebodeaux's leadership on the Kentucky Pharmacy Education and Research Foundation exemplifies the essence of the APhA Fellow Award," said Ben Mudd, Executive Director. "Under his direction as Board Chair, the Foundation has experienced tremendous growth, including the addition of innovative programs such as the KPhA Fellowship and the KPERF incentive grant program, which promote enhanced clinical services in pharmacies across the Commonwealth."

His recognition includes the Michael J. Lach Award for Innovative Teaching at UKCOP, the Faculty Excellence Award at STLCOP, and the UK Alumni Association's Great Teacher Award. Internationally, he has contributed to MyDispense simulation development, working to advance pharmacy education globally.

Dr. Kebodeaux is one of ten to earn this distinction this year. Each recipient will be officially recognized during the APhA Annual Meeting & Exposition in Nashville, March 21-24, 2025.
