Drug Supply Chain Security Act: Join APhA's letter to the FDA

APhA's Government Affairs team needs your feedback on their survey about the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) implementation at your pharmacy. FDA is interested in better understanding the status of the supply chain's progress in implementing the DSCSA requirements that went into effect on November 27, 2023.

Although the FDA has granted a 1-year “stabilization period” and does not intend to take action for noncompliance until November 27, 2024, they are urging the supply chain not to wait until then because it takes time to ensure that connections between trading partners are stable.

APhA plans to respond to the FDA's request for information. As part of this process, they are conducting a survey to help inform APhA's update to FDA about implementation progress by the pharmacy community.

Whether you are fully ready and compliant or haven't even thought about it, APhA needs your input through this short survey. Your responses in this survey will be aggregated with other responses APhA receives, so your anonymity will be maintained in APhA's letter to FDA.
