Save the Date! KPhA is excited to host KY Pharmacy Day at the Capitol on Tuesday, February 22. Please join pharmacists, student pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians in face-to-face grassroots advocacy.
We'll kick off the day at 9:00 AM at a local favorite in Frankfort Sage Garden Cafe. This free event includes breakfast, coffee, and conversation with colleagues and friends. Polish up on your pharmacy policy with a legislative brief from our Government Affairs Team before we caravan to the Capitol and fill the marbled halls with white coats. This is an opportunity for your voice to be heard. A unified pharmacy front--across all practice settings--serves as a reminder to our state-elected officials that pharmacists put patients first, and they should, too. Final details of the day, including individual meetings with legislators, are currently being ironed out, BUT please save the date. We need you and YOUR voice!
