Mark A. Glasper 
Executive Director/CEO

Mark A. Glasper is an experienced association management executive. He previously served in Executive Director positions with the Opticians Association of Ohio and the Ohio Society of Association Executives. Prior to his executive positions, Glasper also served as Director of Communications with the Ohio Restaurant Association and Director of Marketing Communications at The American Ceramic Society.

He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a major in Public Relations from the School of Journalism. Glasper has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Communication at Capital University and as an adjunct instructor at the Columbus State Community College Center for Workforce Development. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and a Past President-for-a-Day of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.



Sarah Franklin
Director of Communications & Continuing Education

Sarah Franklin graduated from Western Kentucky University where she earned a degree in public relations and minored in sales. Sarah has a diverse background in her work with state and national associations; including a collaborative healthcare association. Sarah is very passionate about association management and is looking forward to helping the organization reach its strategic vision.

Jody Jaggers, PharmD
Director of Pharmacy Public Health Programs

Dr. Jody Jaggers graduated from WKU with a BS in chemistry in 2000 and then attended UK College of Pharmacy, graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2005. He has more than 12-years' experience in community pharmacy practice and currently lives in Versailles with his wife Shanna and their two children.

Jessica Johnson, PharmD
KPhA Director of Pharmacy Education

Jessica is a second-career pharmacist who practiced in health system ambulatory care following her PharmD graduation from Sullivan University in 2015. She also holds a bachelors degree in chemistry from the University of Louisville. She enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time in the parks near her home. She lives in Louisville with her children, Isaac and Sam. 

Michele Pinkston, PharmD, BCGP
KPhA Director of Emergency Preparedness

  • Pharmacist in Charge of Pharmacy Surge Unit #1 (Kentucky’s Mobile Pharmacy)
  • Liaison between the KDPH:EP and the KPhA Board of Directors
Michele Pinkston is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. She is an experienced community hospital pharmacist, having previously served as a pharmacy director and inpatient pharmacy manager. She currently resides in Versailles with her husband, Paul, and daughter, Claire.
