PCMA Descends on the Capitol in Kentucky

While Kentucky is experiencing a winter storm emergency and much of the state is preparing for a tumultuous ice storm, PCMA is seizing the opportunity to run a campaign to stop HB203. They have unleashed their endless resources to protect their profits and they aren't holding back on their tactics against the profession. It appears that they have launched a national campaign to stop the "greedy special interest groups" representing pharmacists.

It's time to fight back for the sake of our profession and for our patients. We are asking every pharmacist in Kentucky to contact their legislators between now and Tuesday to make sure they are hearing the right message. Please visit the KPhA Advocacy Action Center and use the tools available to contact your legislators today!

Additionally, stay up-to-date with talking points to counter the attack on pharmacy from the PBM lobbyists by visiting the KPhA website dedicated to 2022 PBM reform and HB203.

Lastly, we urge everyone to participate in the Pharmacy Day at the Capitol on Wednesday February 16, 2022.  Click here to RVSP for the event.
