PBM Reform Posted to Orders of the Day
Today begins the Kentucky General Assembly's last week in session prior to the April veto period. Senator Max Wise's (R-Campbellsville) comprehensive PBM reform legislation, Senate Bill 188, has been posted to the Regular Orders of the Day in the Senate for tomorrow, Tuesday, March 26th. As the General Assembly races against the clock to pass several priority bills, we can expect to see a vote on the Senate floor tomorrow at 2:00 PM ET!
