Senate Bill 188 on Special-Called Banking & Insurance Committee Agenda

SB 188, Senator Max Wise's (R-Campbellsville) comprehensive PBM reform bill, has received its first two readings on the Senate floor and is making its way to a Senate Standing Committee on Banking & Insurance meeting at 9:30 AM ET tomorrow. The meeting will be open to the public in the State Capitol Annex and will be live-streamed on KET. The ever-growing and bipartisan list of co-sponsors on the bill includes a majority of Committee members and members of the full Senate. The bill's momentum through the process thus far proves what we already know: the climate has never been better for achieving this policy goal for our profession.
