Medicaid Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Advisory Committee Seeks Applicants for Upcoming Vacancies

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Advisory Committee (P&T) advises the governor, secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, and the Department for Medicaid Services commissioner on developing and administering an outpatient drug formulary, also known as the single preferred drug list.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Advisory Committee needs qualified candidates to serve as committee members. Please complete the CHFS boards and commissions application if you are interested in serving.

PBM Bill Stalls as General Assembly Heads into Veto Recess

Thank you to our members and colleagues across Kentucky who reached out to your legislators to educate and ask for their support. The profession held strong and created a concise message to the legislature: Put patients first! Unfortunately, the Kentucky Senate chose to look the other way while pharmacies and patients remain at risk.
