KPhA's headquarters is located at 1228 U.S. 127 South, Frankfort, KY 40601.

Standard office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern) from Monday through Friday.

The office will be closed each year on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving (and the following Friday)
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve
